We will meet with you to discuss the viability of your real short-term and long-term plans. Practical ideas and concepts along with brainstorming for the best possible solutions according to our experience will be carried out. Your needs will be discussed and a plan of action will be recommended.
Each project takes on a different process. Depending on its complexity, we will either pre-design your project or take a design-build approach. We can provide a formal landscape plan, or an informal sketch. Communication is the key to successful design, both parties must remain open to change as the project progresses. Landscaping is artistic, three-dimensional, and creativity can be spontaneous which is very important in the overall end result of the landscape design.
While discussing and designing your project we will detail the landscape style, materials, layout, shapes, sizes and opportunities for overall planning of your budget. We will provide you with a written estimate/quotation and description of the landscape project and a contract between both parties will be signed.
Upon our agreement, installation of your project usually begins within three weeks. We will assess and mark any site constraints such as water, sewer, septic, and safety hazards. Special protection of trees and shrubs may have to occur. A time budget is given to our clients on all major projects and we are known for delivering our projects on time.
We own all of the proper equipment necessary to install your landscape. LM uses all # 1 premium quality products and materials available to the industry. We are trained, skilled operators of heavy equipment and our company and its employees are insured to provide you with a worry free installation.
All projects come with a one-year warranty on our workmanship. We also provide a ninety-day warranty on all plant materials and a thirty-day warranty on sod. Watering is the key to a successful installation. Watering needs can be negotiated if clients are on a well. We strive to minimize any defects in our workmanship and we remain open-minded to the power of mother earth when it comes to a growing, evolving, and changing landscape environment.
